Meet Chelsea McDonald Grubb

Chelsea McDonald Grubb is a licensed commercial real estate agent born and raised in Kentucky.  She attended Samford University, in Birmingham, Alabama and returned home during the summers to work at Koller Warner Construction, learning custom home building and the real estate market.

She eventually returned to Lexington for good to put down roots and raise her three children. With an innate entrepreneurial mindset, Chelsea successfully opened, operated and ultimately sold two Pure Barre fitness boutiques in Cincinnati, Ohio from 2011 to 2017. Since, she has worked at Black Diamond Management as a property manager for several developments throughout central Kentucky. Her passion for service has driven many of her volunteer efforts over the last two decades.

She has attended and led various mission trips in several third world countries serving as a Spanish translator, coordinator and care-giver to the communities. On a local level, Chelsea created Swing Fore Recovery Golf Tournament at the Lexington Country Club, raising awareness for drug addiction. With her unique diversification of skill sets, business experience, property manager role, founder of charity events, she’s well positioned in her new endeavor at The Gibson Company to represent her clients.
