Meet Jim Powell

Jim Powell has been in commercial real estate since 1999. His knowledge of the Central Kentucky area, retail operations, property leasing, and management gives him and his clients an advantage, as he is accustomed to working with many different types of properties. Jim enjoys to spend time with his family, fish, go on mission trips, and play his banjo and guitar. He graduated from Union College with a double major in Business and Accounting and a minor in Education, and also received an accreditation in Finance, Leadership, and Strategic Negotiation. Being a successful businessman and adviser for 41 years, Jim is a great asset to our company.
